If you are a user of our iOS or Android app, you probably had some trouble connecting to it recently. Although it does not seem to have affected all users, many people received an error message upon opening it that would not allow the user to go further than the Terms and Conditions page.
Our IT team has been hard at work identifying the problem, and we are happy to announce that it is now resolved.
If you have been unsuccessfully trying to download the app, please go ahead and try again. If you already had it downloaded but were unable to use it, you can now open the app and conduct business as usual!
